When people speak to me rudely and unkindly, I feel offended and upset. I believe that politeness and kindness are the basis of good relations between people. I am also annoyed by dishonest people who lie and cheat for their own benefit. I value honesty and openness in communication, so I cannot tolerate double standards and lies.
